Hi Jack Being a good team player is important. Richie McCaw does have great leadership qualities. He leads by example, and always tried to play his best game. He thinks before making decisions. You often saw him talking to others around him, that he trusted, to help him make the best decision at the time. He did not get upset when things did not go his way, he accepted it carried on. I like the way you have used images of people you think are good team players. It would be great to see why you chose these two players.

Richie and Jonah as “superheros” because they have extra special sporting powers. If you were a superhero, what three superpowers would you have? I would love to have invisibility and also to be able to fly.
